Avocado Mango Salsa

Is it guacamole? Is it salsa? It's both!

Fruity, creamy and oh so good. Grab a bag of tortilla chips and enjoy this fresh salsa with your next Taco Tuesday.


This salsa is so tasty, you will want to eat it with everything! On top of nachos, tacos, or burrito....just to name a few. How about stuffed inside a quesadilla or with a bag of tortilla chips? I could just eat it with a spoon! Either way, you won't want to stop eating it!

Avocado Mango Salsa
Servings: 2-4
  • 2 Hass Avocados, diced
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Mangos, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup finely diced Red Onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped Cilantro
  • 1 (4 ounce) can Diced Green Chiles
  • Salt to taste
Place the diced avocados in a bowl and toss with the 1 tbsp of lime juice. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and stir to combine. Serve with tortilla chips or with your favorite Mexican dish! Enjoy!
